Bathroom remodel, which turned into include bedroom repaint and putting new doors on the bedrooms and hall closet. Everything I threw at Troy and his gang, they accomplished. Love our new bathroom and the refreshed look of the bedroom and hallway. Completed in 3 weeks. Loved the fact that they started and was here everyday until the project was complete. Have other projects down the road and will be calling Troy in the future.

I want to start by saying I rarely write reviews. In this case, I definitely wanted to make an exception. I cannot say enough good things about the experience we have had so far with Troy and his entire crew. We had an idea of what we wanted to do but was not sure exactly how much of that was realistic, especially considering we were trying to stay within our budget. Over the course of the project, I threw them plenty of curveballs with changes along the way. Not once was I told it could not be done. At times there was going to be an added cost but that was expected, explained upfront, and always more than fair. He also made sure to point out if there was a smarter more economical way to accomplish the same thing we were going for. It was incredibly exciting to see how much they accomplished in a days work. We could not wait to get home after work to see the progress and we were never disappointed. Communication was tremendous. I was always kept informed about when they would be there and what to expect timing-wise. The project moved fast. Much faster than we anticipated and that was greatly appreciated since we were living in the basement waiting for the project to get to the point we could move upstairs. They completely remodeled the kitchen, took out a couple of walls, installed the wood flooring throughout the main level, painted the walls, ceiling and baseboards, moved light switches, changed out and moved some can lighting, installed new light fixtures, refaced the fireplace, installed new stair railing and stairs and much more that I cannot even remember. In other words they can do it all. Our current project is almost complete. Perhaps the best recommendation we can make is that we are actually looking forward to the next project! We had such a good experience with Troy, Greg and his crew that we are now planning on remodeling the bathrooms too. There is also no question on who we will use. I will try to put up some pictures so everyone can see their excellent work. I only wish I had thought to take some *before* pictures so you could see the drastic changes.

Professional, prompt & considerate! Tarps were put down to keep floor clean & work area was cleaned each day. We got helpful advise from Troy in making decisions about materials and colors. The marble ledge on the window looks great as does the shower, floor and walls. This is a friendly company that does quality work!

3 bathrooms and kitchen...Perfect! Timing, money, clean up and follow-up were all as outlined and planned.

These guys are good. Made minimal mess, considering the kitchen renovation that they did. Very respectful of my needs to keep a realistic budget and kept me informed and updated. Troy made some great suggestions in the beginning which I am so glad I went with. Highly recommend and worth waiting for!

Returned several times to deal with cracks from the house settling. Good work and very considerate.

roy Crilly remodeled my downstairs bathroom. They tore out an existing shower, toilet, lavatory, and floor and installed a walk-in tub, vanity with counter top and sink, toilet, and ceramic tile floor and surround. Troy contacted me within twenty minutes of my Home Advisor submission. He was the third contractor to look at the job and the lowest bid ($2700 less than the highest). He and his partner Mark asked extremely good questions and raised a number of issues with my design ideas and suggested modifications.. They clearly had a lot of experience with bathroom remodels, specifically with walk-in tubs. They were able to schedule the job within two weeks of my contacting them. They took about four days longer than expected and charged about $400 more than the original estimate due to a few "old house" conundrums. The quality of their work and the final results impressive and their professionalism and courtesy were top notch. I highly recommend them.
