The owner Chris Dhoghe and James Moburg are scammers!! Chris hired me knowing he couldn't pay me, he has a history of doing this. They've owed me for three weeks worth of work it took them over a month to pay me for one week of work!! He knew I had issues with not being paid and he still scammed me out of work. Because of him my phone got disconnected, borrowed money from a friend and haven't been able to repay her waiting to be paid. Only a scumbag hires someone knowing you aren't going to pay them. Do not do business with Champion bath/Bath Wizard or work for them!!

NOTHING WAS DONE, THEY TOOK THE MONEY AND NOW WONT PICK UP THE PHONE

I do not recommend. Door does not shut well, and on top of they said they would fix it. 2 years later, nothing has been done besides 3 or 4 techs coming in to look at to tell me they will get the parts ordered. They will not call you back at all. Sometimes it takes me months to get ahold of someone. The last time they called me was after I turned them into BBB. Worst company ever. I feel sorry for anyone who gets work done by them.

The preview and the person doing the explanation of what needed to be done was great

These positive reviews must have been paid reviews avoid these crooks at all costs because you will end up paying someone else more to redo their mess.

I just wanted to thank you for everything! You have been so wonderful to work with. Youâ ve been patient given the interruptions and our crazy circumstances and I can honestly say that we have never been treated better by a business. You have gone above and beyond to help us; the two young men who did the initial work and the young man who came today on the service call were not only kind and thoughtful but showed a high degree of professionalism that was amazing. The young man today (David?) not only took care of the concern but explained about the unit and the materials and how we can expect them to function. He was meticulous in his explanations, and as a result I was able to explain to my husband, more clearly, what to expect. The icing on the cake was the delivery of the new, longer, shower curtain today, too! So all is well. Again our many, many thanks for not just the product and service you provide but also for the work ethic you each demonstrate. Your business model is absolutely amazing. Thank you!

I was in desperate need of a overhaul for my bathtub/shower and wanted just a shower, living in a mobile home proves to be a challenge when doing renovations and improvements Bath Wizard accepted the challenge. The estimate and completion was quick and timely the installers are personable and cleaned up the area when the job was completed! 5 stars

suppose to take at the most three days to complete the walk in bath now in second week started job with out all materials they have no idea when supplies will be in to complete job would not recommend this company to anyone

The salespersons pitch of the product and the sob contractor work order was not the same. Get it in writing before you sin.

I love my shower stall and can not praise the installer enough. He was a total professional and very polite and friendly.

Reason for a 3,0 rating is the lack of communication. We ran into a persistent leak once the work had started. Job that was supposed to take several days took much longer. Had to contact Chris several times with questions, but didn't hear back until hours later. I will give Bath Wizard credit for finally fixing the leak and halting work for several days to see if the leak returned before installing the new sheetrock.

The people here are phenomenal! Chris and James care and are interested in their clients as people. They will help you find the walk in tub that works for you, and there are no upsells or pressure. If you need something they're willing to see if it can happen. I wanted a bath tub that faced my door when I sit back, and they made sure they had all the information needed to see if it could happen with the small space and layout. My service dog and I couldn't be happier. He can lay on the bed and keep an eye on me, and I can reassure him that I'm okay. Any questions or concerns were addressed within 24 hours, and usually in much less time. They helped walk me through financing options. Installation was quick and the team was responsive. They made sure I understood how to use my tub, where the various features were, their operation, and generally what to expect. I would recommend this company and especially these teams without hesitation.
