I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism shown by this company. The first appointment I made was missed. The workers arrived 90 minutes late to the second appointment. They overlooked some details with regards to restoring my bathroom to the condition it was in before they arrived. I called and e-mailed them about this but received no response. The lack of response is what truly saddens me because it makes me wonder if they will honor their warranty without a hassle.

We had the tub reglazed and the three tiled walls around the tub acid washed and regrouted; both look wonderful. The representatives and person who did the work were most professional and efficient...no mess, excellent results. Great job!

I had an excellent experience and my bathtub looks like new! Edgar contacted me one day after I visited ServiceMagic and we set up an appointment for the following week. George and the technician arrived right on time (actually 10 or 15 minutes early) and finished in three hours, as promised. I would definitely recommend these guys!

I was really pleased with Bathroom Reglazing Professionals. They gave me a fair price for the work done. The warranty given is better than other companies as well. Also, there was no terrible odors after the job was completed. The tub looks super shiny and white. Also, the staff is extremely pleasant to work with and are very accomodating. I am very happy I found this company from servicemagic.

I would have given this company a 5 star rating and recommended them BUT the second day they caused me problems by being late and unrealistic with their promises of getting to me on time. I was VERY specific about the time slot available and they said they would be there at the time I gave them. They made me late for my work - so for that reason they get 2 stars and NO recommendation. What a shame. They were not willing to wiave their fee for the second day and they left the walls fo my bathroom with unfinished gaps!

I hired them to reglaze the bathroom tub. They were quite professional. The result looked quite good after they were done. Of course one can only tell over time. The fact that they guarantee their work for 15 years is a good sign.

Jose and George arrived on time and were very pleasant. My only problem was that Jose could not speak or understand English. George left him to do his work after we had picked the color for my bathtub. When Jose finished I went to check and found he painted it white instead of almond. I tried to communicate the problem and told him to call George. George arrived shortly after and had Jose repaint the tub. The end result was fine but I would have preferred to be able to communicate with the gentleman, in English, doing the job.

Edgar was very informative and professional. He was able to setup and appointment in a timely manner and the workers arrived on time. The guy who did the work was clean and efficient. He even finished earlier than scheduled... I would not hesitate to call Bathroom Reglazing Professionals Corp. to do more work in my bathroom if needed.
