BRMD is a wonderful company to work with. From start to finish we felt confident we chose the right team to remodel our master bathroom. Tom provided affordable pricing and guidance in choosing all the fixtures and tiles needed to complete the project. Once the project started the team worked hard each day to complete each phase of the process in a timely manner. Jose was a great project manager on site and kept me updated daily on the progress. Jose is very detailed oriented and went above and beyond to make recommendations on items to fix/replace I would never have thought of. Each team member was highly respectful of our house and made sure to protect our floors and cleaned up each day. They treated our home like it was their own. The finished bathroom is exactly what we envisioned. Everything was constructed, waterproofed and finished with precision. The BRMD crew is top notch, 5 stars all around!

Tom and his foreman Jose were great to work with. We had a larger effort where we wanted to expand the bathroom from a simple 5x7 into a larger bathroom with a walk in shower and a double vanity. Picked BRM from one of several contractors that came in around the same price - but BRM was slightly better. A big part of the decision was also the organization and communication with Tom - he was on top of it. He worked with us to do the basic design work and suggested fixtures, tiles, etc for us to purchase. We made some tweaks and he confirmed our choices would work. We got everything scheduled and they stuck to the schedule. When we found rotted wood during demo, they were quick at identifying a solution to fix it. It added some cost but was clearly necessary. We had suspected there would be some problems needing fixing anyway. The only delays were due to the big snowcrete storm and waiting on the county permitting inspector to show up after the storm. In all, the original 4 week project ended after 5 weeks. When 2 minor issues appeared after the project ended, they got fixed within a week at no cost. The crew was excellent and professional. They cleaned up each day and kept any construction mess to a minimum. They mostly watched out for our cats with only a few reminders. We were impressed with the final outcome - it was even better than we expected and the quality of work was high. We would use BRM again.

Immediately after our first meeting with Tom my wife and I knew we wanted to work him and his team. He surprised us in how quickly we received our estimate and how un... salesman-like he is. There was no fluff, just straight to the point business, exactly what we were hoping for. His team finished our master bathroom remodel in less than a month including demolition. They were very tidy and prompt, every day's start time and end time was consistent. They were respectful and kind. At various points the foreman performed quality checks, and Tom worked with us to make sure the design was according to our preference. The most memorable portions of the project were when things didn't go as planned. As with any construction project, things just happen or are sub optimal, Tom never became impatient with us, but worked with us to find an alternate solution or repair whatever was lacking. I can confidently say that I'd recommend them for your bathroom project. There are so many little details along the way that I only realized after the work was done which I appreciate. Thanks Tom!

I literally cannot say enough good things about this company. From their original visit to my home (where I was offered solid, frank advice about what could/couldn't be accomplished with our relatively small fooprint, and after which I quickly received a detailed estimate complete with links to the items I would need to purchase myself), to the day they removed leftover tile and returned it to the store, Tom and his crew were unfailingly professional, skilled, and above all patient. We had to delay our project over several months due to an unexpected HVAC system replacement, and Tom continued to consult with me during that period, and honored his original estimate. His crew was always on time, always respectful of our home, and they did absolutely beautiful work. Communication was fantastic throughout; any question texted or emailed was responded to within hours, if not minutes. When there was an issue with Home Depot delivering our shower doors, Tom had his crew go pick them up. There were zero unexpected charges, and some things I expected to be charged for (like picking up the shower doors) were just taken care of. When you get an estimate from this company, you can count on the cost, the workmanship, and the timing of the project. Don't even think twice about using Bathroom Remodeling of Maryland. If I can talk my husband into another bathroom renovation, I will absolutely be calling them again!

Our project was begun and completed on schedule. Once work started, Tom was easily accessible for any questions during the four-day remodel. Five stars for sure.

The crew is very organized and efficient. We are really happy. The crew was very pet-friendly towards our three dogs. Kept the area very clean and safe for them.
