I found no category for this project as the bath tub was not replaced but repaired thanks to the total professionalism and skill of Mr. Ali. All expectations were exceeded.

Mr. Ali has anger issues and is unprofessional. When I told about a few minor flaws in the bathrub coating that needed addressing, he raised his voice at us (2 women) with accusations and unprofessional comments. In the end, after taking more than a month to return, he left without repairing the tub, slamming his fist into his truck and yelling derogatory remarks at us as he pulled out of the drive (cutting a rut in our lawn as he left). I am very disappointed with how this all turned out. I was pleased with Mr. Ali when I met him and he was doing the initial work. But I am confounded by his aggessive reaction to our follow-up call for touch up per his warranty. Mr. Ali was unwilling to: listen, accept responsibility for his actions, and to complete the job per his own written guarantee. His unprofessionalism, threatening words, and actions make him unsuited to have in any home!
