DJ and Damon did a great job with our shower install. They told us each step of the process along the way and when an issue came up with the bulk head, they were able to pivot quickly and solve the problem. Everything turned out great and was cleaned up throughly as well.

2 installers arrived on time, introduced themselves and reviewed the project. They then got right to work removing an old shower and installing a new one. It looks fabulous! They cleaned up afterwards and were 100% professional all day. Happy customer!!

We were deceived and scammed by BathWorks. There was a staging fee of $8,964.00 taken out of our UpGrade lending service that we were not aware of, until we were prepared to pay off our balance. We were told the cost of the shower would be $8,224.00 but now find out the total amount is $17,948.62. Outrageous, especially since they did a poor job and had to come back to "fix" the shower several times. We were forced to sign off. I would never recommend BathWorks. Deception and poor quality work is bad business. Do not do business with BathWorks. They scammed us, seniors on a fixed income.
