Both DJ and Cole were amazing. The attention to detail was spot on and they were very pleasant and professional. They cleaned up after they were done and answered all my questions. They asked where I wanted all items placed and made me feel comfortable about the whole process. They worked very well together and did a high quality job.

Shower Installation and Replacement
So after accepting this $24,000 shower remodel with dual shower heads we were set for the installation. Unfortunately the installer was about to cut our floor joists to run the pex just under the shower pan which would have violated building code so i loaned him my right angle drill so he could properly drill holes in the 1/3 center of the joists. Then many months later we started to hear a banging in the wall every time you shut water off anywhere in the home. Apparently he did not install water hammers or secure the pex properly. Now they want to tear our shower apart to fix this but i am not going to allow this. I will be hiring a contractor to cut the drywall open and fix it from the other side. Do not do business with this company they use bad installers..

Shower Installation and Replacement
Unfortunately, installer didn?t measure walls correctly, so that there was a noticeable gap between shower walls and molding. Also, nicked existing corner trim so had to add corner pieces to cover that. What was supposed to be a one day job took two full days.
However, happy ending. After reviewing photos, Bathworks offered to remove the shower walls and fix the problem. So a one day project turned into 3, but I?m totally satisfied with the end result and with the courtesy of all staff involved.

DJ and Damon did a great job with our shower install. They told us each step of the process along the way and when an issue came up with the bulk head, they were able to pivot quickly and solve the problem. Everything turned out great and was cleaned up throughly as well.

Keagan and DJ went above and beyond my expectations. If they did more than just tub and showers I would have them do it all. Great communication. They asked all the right questions and did all I asked and more.
