About us
My name is Lexi, and I am the owner/operator of Bats in the Belfry Home Inspection. My highest priority is educating and advocating for my clients. I have found that most people know very little about the care and maintenance of their homes, leading to expensive problems later, so I aim to help with that. During the inspection, I want my client involved in the process. After each inspection, I sit down with my clients and go over how to read the reports, give you tons of documents and resources to help you on your journey, and you can call me any time with questions. A big reason I got into home inspections was to help people like me. People who have survived trauma and abuse who might not feel safe with a strange man alone. Or for single moms, people in the LGBTQ community, and anyone. Safety is a high priority; I always check all locks and windows and have offers through ADT. I want to be that safe person who can assist in ways that others can not.
