The crew came on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. They left the property super clean. Travis the site supervisor was easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. He answered all our concerns and left us feeling very happy about choosing Batterbee roofing.

Very pleased with Batterbee! No pressure. No heavy handed sales pitches! A recent storm had torn off some shingles. Sam inspected the roof and also found our roof vents to be deteriorating. Based on his thorough examination, as evidenced by the video he provided, we proceeded with the needed repairs. Kevin was assigned to complete the job. His work was professional and thorough and completed very quickly. We were thoroughly impressed with the honesty, integrity, knowledge and performance.Very appreciative of Sam and Kevin, as well as Shelby in the office (who insured everything flowed smoothly!). My first call for any future roofing needs will be to Batterbee!

Travis was our site supervisor, he did an excellent job. A hard working crew was professional from start to clean up. A special component was the new Solar Tube - very nice! We recommend Batterbee Roofing highly.

Batterbee was timely and efficient. Clean up was great. All the time, keeping us informed as to the stage and progress of the job. The completed job looks great. Highly recommend them.

I would go 1 star. Roof looks ok from what I can see. Don?t want to void the warranty by walking across the roof. Not great at metal work around some areas. Had a solar skylight put in at the same time the roof was complete. Had some minor cracking in the ceiling around solar tube. Had to fix AC ducts since they were not working (kinked), also had to fix garage door opener (wire in attic was pulled out)

Excellent Company! From start to finish, every step of the way was handled with excellence! Charles Carson spent 2 hours taking me through all the details and options for a complete roof replacement with photos of all my roof details. The office called me bi-weekly with a status report. The materials arrived 1 month ahead of the initial schedule. Matt Woods, Field supervisor, kept me appraised at each step of the stripping and installation, again with photos from the roof. I have no hesitation in recommending Batterbee Roofing as the go-to Company for all your roof needs!

Everyone I spoke with was professional and polite. They continued to email me updates as to when the project would start. Sam our sales person took on the responsibility of doing things that were necessarily in his job description. I applaud him for that. We are looking at getting gutters next and they will be the first company I call.

They did an excellent job. They were very professional, came on time, cleaned everything up when they were done. I would highly recommend them.

The roofers were friendly and answered all my questions.

I am disappointed because I had a leak 2 years after they install the roof. They came and charge me to fix the roof, my understanding was I had 15 year warranty.

The crew was very hard working and polite showed up around 8:30 AM and were completely done by 6:30 PM. They did a very good clean up job. I never found any nail at all after they were finished.

They did a great job, cleaned up when they finished and answered all my questions.

They were scheduled to do the work. It was raining so they went out to breakfast and came back after once it stopped raining. Very good and very professional. They installed a new vent for the hood fan which keeps bugs out. They cleaned up afterwards and blew off the driveway.

A good company to work with ...Was satisfied with the goose neck replace and cost.
