I would do 0 stars if the site would let me. I requested a quote and same day I was contacted about a quote and to get something on the schedule which was great. At the time I wasn't ready to schedule anything, but a few weeks later I reached out by phone and requested someone to come out to fix my dryer. I was given an appointment for the next day with an arrival window of 9-11am and the technician never showed up. 30 minutes after the no show I attempted to call with no response and so I left a voicemail, and here I am a day later still with no response. Overall a bit unprofessional to A. not show up, and B. not even let me know before/after that they would not be showing up instead of wasting my time.

I hired the guy a year ago to fix a washer and it ended up needing a new pump. The pump is now not working and the warranty, from what I was told is for 5 years. I have reached out to the company several times (phone call, text, email) and with no response. It would be professional on their end to have some sort of response. Even an auto response so that I know that I am not being ignored, and his word and work are guaranteed.
My refrigerator was leaking water. Jack came out and thought he had fixed it and it was guaranteed for 5 years. Unfortunately, the refrigerator continued to leak. I text Jack many times over several days and he didn't answer. Finally, he answered and said he had a new baby and would be out in the next two days. I was grateful and understood; however, Jack didn't show up nor contact me. He simply did not follow through.
Jack came out the day after I booked an appointment. Explained it was just the ice-maker & replaced the motor inside the unit by 9AM on Monday. Quick, professional & fairly priced. I highly recommend.
They we easy to get a hold of and very quick. Unfortunately they could really repair anything and told us a washer was dead and it would be more const effective to buy a new one.
Jack was polite and knowledgeable. He called me back the day I first called and came that afternoon. He had to order a part, but came back the next day and finished the repair. He gave me a 10-year warranty on the part. I am very pleased with Jack's Appliance Service.
