Wood Fence - Install

Josh is becoming known here for taking your money and not returning your calls for an extended period of time. Our fence fell over within months of him installing it because he only went 6 inches to a foot in the ground and he cut the top of the posts off so it is ruined now, it is warped, he didn't use stainless steel nails like he said he would, and it is very uneven. DON'T pay up front or he will leave you hanging. We gave him $7,000 up front for materials and gave him a month to get things ready. He wouldn't provide receipts and wouldn't tell me what he spent our money on, often just hanging up on me. Our entire experience was a nightmare, still to this day with the fence being held up by 2x4's. He is very disrespectful and inconsiderate of your time and money. We had to send him a letter to fix his damages and he doesn't have the courage to show up and look at it. He basically works alone and doesn't have the experience he claims to have.

Bathroom - Remodel

Josh was supposed to finish our bathroom on May 19th. He rarely shows up when he says he will. Our tile is uneven, grout lines uneven and he broke our mirror and has still not replaced it. He tells me every week that he will be there to finish and he doesn't show up. We have already paid him $6,748.00 because he asked for more money after the initial deposit. He has apologized repeatedly, but keeps putting us off.
