Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
Guy who came and cleaned our gutters would not take a check made out to Baudassi Home Improvement. He had the check for $150.00 made out to cash. I never would have done this, but I was at work at the time. This made me very suspicious. When I pulled the cancelled check up online, signature on back was unreadable.

Exterior Surfaces - Powerwashing
They were persistent and did the best they could to remove multiple layers of "baked-on" fly dirt/grime/mildew from the porch siding, posts, window sills and floor. It looks so much better! In addition Mr Baudassi installed a sprayer hose at my kitchen sink that I had wanted done for a long time! I really appreciate their work!

Deck or Porch - Build or Replace
Brian's a good guy and always responds in a timely manner. Built a composite deck for me and looks good but his rates are high so I took a star off. Time will tell whether or not he was worth the additional $17 a square foot more than what home advisor said

We hired Brian. We signed a contract & paid him. The work was not satisfactory. We had contacted him numerous times to fix the problem. He never came. Now we want a refund of $1,000 - we will find somebody else to fix the problem. He made comments, to my husband, that "you would take that viewpoint, because you're a liberal" and to me he said, "Trump in 2020! How do you like that?". That's totally inappropriate to building our deck.

"The majority of the above statement is false & misleading. Let me explain~ The summer has been horrible as to scheduling due to the amount of rain. On the day of service I call as a reminder that I'm coming that day. So I called and said "I'll be out today to get everything taken care of." "She stated that she didn't want us to come and she wanted $1,000. back."I said "ma'am 20'of adding a 2nd coat of caulking and adding screws to a 20' decking board doesn't take that." I said "I planned on coming and addressing issues. She hung up. As far as political comments made thats100% false I never did! Night before she had to be blocked from my Fbook"

I normally get 3 bids on a work project, but I was so impressed by pictures of Brian's work and his fair bid, that I cancelled the other 2 appointments. Brian did a super job, cleaned everything up and had the job finished on schedule. I have more projects but, unfortunately, not more money. However, I will most definitely be calling Brian to do my future jobs.

Carpentry Framing - Repair
Arriving on time was an issue, however Rain and Flooding in the area had an affect on their timing the first day. They did a good job as per quote, explained possible issues in the future and cleaned up after themselves. Left me with unused paint to add additional coats of paint to the outside trimming.

Friendly..called was going to b late..than materials didn't arrive on time. Finally job done with a few changes then I was told was not given any warranty info..the owner had his son along which was very unprofessional for his age was unsupervised on neighbors property throwing stones, climbing on things..I would not use again..did not explain anything even when they were finished..price was a little higher than others but we needed this done asap.

"I'm shocked to see this low number. When after the job was complete the customer verbaly expressed their satisfaction of the job by saying " I'm glad you guys could do it today." " I asked my cousin because he owns a home improvement company and he couldn't do it soon enough so glad Baudassi Home Improvements could." My apologies on the material delivery truck, as its transmission had gone out of the original scheduled truck as was explained to the customer early in the morning and everything seemed ok with them at that time. One of the reasons I use that supplier is because they are the only company around the area with the thickest gutter material and hands down a better product. On the part explaining my son, I apologize if he bothered or offended you he's 10 1/2 and has been on job sites since about 3 yrs old. He's pretty amazing as far as his skills. He built his first deck 1o1 with dad last summer. That customer was amazed the way he carried himself and his knowledge of the trade. The waiting around for the truck probably bored him which is not an excuse for tossing stones on the side of the road. Again I'm surprised by the rating as to my knowledge you were happy with it when we settled up. I'm disappointed to hear you won't be using us and I wish you luck in the future with other contractors. Thank you for your business!"

Brian was exceptional. His pricing was very fair. His workmanship was outstanding. He was well prepared with all the right tools and equipment to do and complete the job. After completing the work, Brian cleaned up completely . I highly recommend him and will do so to all my friends.
