We had a lot of dry rot on the exterior of the home. Although the COVID was causing some delays, he kept in touch letting me know what will be happening and what is being done. He handled the additional changes we requested professionally and at a reasonable cost.
Arrived when promised; found far more damage than originally thought. Re-evaluated the length of time and materials required. Inclement weather caused delays in timely completion. However, I remained informed on the job timeline and all work was done in a professional and respectful manner.
Kyle was very polite and professional.
We had problems with the payment records. Thats never good for hard working people. To give discounts then not record them. Its hard on the customer.
Dear Esther, thank you for your reply, this is valued feedback only, we wish you would've responded to our calls, emails and finally letter we sent to you on 7/22/19 where we encouraged you to call our office to discuss any misunderstandings re your payments and discounts. After several attempts to reach you, we reviewed your account one last time and found the error. I'm told by our accounts manager that none of the payments required by you were ever made in full and thus it was difficult even for our program to keep track. One partial payment slipped into another category that we were not seeing until recently. Now that we have found the error, our firm has issued a reimbursement check to you and it has gone in the mail as of today, 10/18/19. All said, I don't feel your comment above is a fair representation of how hard our office worked on the back end to keep things organized not including the discounts we gave you for using your credit cards to pay. Regardless, we still value you as a customer and while were not thrilled about the 3-Star review it does make a statement toward the reality of this review process. Thanks for everything and hope you're enjoying your dream bath!

Josh (owner) and his crews were great to work with. I work out of town and only home every 6-8 weeks so I needed a contractor I could trust and rely on, Josh and his team came though. Everyone from the office staff to the crew member on site were great to work with, this is how it s supposed to be done. They kept my wife advised of the work schedule, showed up when they said and cleaned up every day. THANKS to all of you at Bauer home services
