Steve was wonderful to work with. We discovered we had mold following a water intrusion from the unit above us. Our condo association was recommending a big company they regularly work with but their quotes were ridiculously expensive. We decided to see if we could find someone ourselves. Within 30 minutes of submitting a request on Angie's List, I got a call from Steve. He came out later that day to give us an estimate and also provided an additional contingency in case the mold extended further than what was apparent. He worked with us on timing the date of the mold remediation so that it was coordinated with when we could get a drywaller in to replace the walls so we weren't living with open walls for too long (this was a concern since we have pets). On the day of the remediation he was on time and even finished in less time than expected. I would definitely recommend Bauer Property Services and would use them again for future mold remediation if I ever need it.

Steve did a great job explaining the results of our air quality test to us. He took plenty of time to talk to us about what we should do to make sure our basement is safe and clean for us to be in. He was very knowledgeable about the work he does.
