Because of things beyond our control we had to keep putting off the actual setting of traps. When we finally were able to have them set they were prompt with their service and also gave us sound advice.

We were very satisfied with Chris’ assessment if our situation. He came up with a solution that we were comfortable with. We felt he did a thorough investigation of our house, including going up in to a snow covered roof to check on our vulnerabilities. You get what you pay for and we felt it was money well spent. Chris is a very personable fellow. We felt very comfortable with him in our home. We highly recommend him and his services.

I wasn't sure what the issue was when I first called Chris. He was able to pinpoint the issue (mice) and the entry points into my home they were using. He then set a series of traps to verify they were indeed mice. Chris was honest and up front about his prices and services. He came back to check the traps to verify it was a mice issue, returning as many times as necessary until the mice were gone. He even gave me a separate quote for sealing the entry points and sanitizing the areas the mice were in, giving me the choice to have him do as much or as little work as I felt was necessary. He performed the work above and was at my house when promised. I would recommend Chris and Bauer Wildlife and Pest Solutions to anyone who is having issues.

What an amazing experience! Chris truly went above and beyond what was expected. His work was beyond complete - he did roof repairs, wood repairs, and he got rid of the animals! When he was unable to find a match for the wood, he actually found someone to make a saw blade, take a sample from our house, and matched it perfectly. He worked tirelessly, and we could not be happier with the results. There was no push to do more than necessary; in fact, it was the opposite. I have already recommended Bauer Wildlife to 6 friends. The price was more than fair, considering all the work that he put in, and when the need arises, I will be sure to use Bauer Wildlife again.

Service was great, very knowledgeable and friendly. Not as professional as I would have liked though and was quoted double the price for wanted services compared to other local companies. Seemed as though once I wasn't willing to sign on to the full service discussed (not able to take on for the price quoted), all interest was lost on their part for any future business or potential referral.
