Interior Trim and Decorative Moldings Installation
They installed a picture window with side casement windows, indoor and outdoor trim. It was a difficult job because the window was replacing a bay window with window seat, so they had to do carpentry work and match the siding. I am very pleased with the job.

I had the stained woodwork in my guest bedroom changed out to painted woodwork. Did the work on time, on budget. Finished product looks great. Will be doing another project in my kitchen soon.

Tom was exceptional to work with. He is a very busy person but was always on time or let us know in advance if he anticipated a scheduling problem. He works cleanly, quickly, honestly and was willing to go the extra yard to do things right. We plan to have him do more work for us in the future.

I was told the project would take about 3 days. It took over 3 weeks. The flooring looks pretty good but they did a very poor job on the sheet rock in my bathroom. It is choppy and not a smooth surface. I have asked them to come back and look at it and recommend a way to fix it. Tom Bauer is not returning my calls. Very Poor and unprofessional attitutde by him.

"i don't remember specifically this job,but none of this sounds like me. i answer my phone,or call you back as soon as possible i try my best on every job,i will let the rest of my reviews speak for that. my wife was in critical condition in the hospital about 10-12 years ago,maybe this job was during that time period."

Tom is a true craft man in every sense of the word, our wood floors look incredible. Tom has done such a wonderful job that we have hired him for additional projects, including additional wood flooring, bath room remodel, custom bookcases and completing our fireplace surround. I highly recommend Tom Bauer to anyone who is looking for someone who is timely and provides nothing but the best quality in services.

Tom not only did an excellent job installing our dining room floor, he also gave helpful advice in choosing the correct flooring for our application, removed our old flooring and prepared the floor at a fair price, and did an excellent job of matching the new trim with the old. There were no unexpected add on expenses. I would recommend Tom to anyone looking for an honest, skilled craftsman who takes pride in his work.
