Did a good job...even came on a Saturday.

He was unprofeesional-work was half effort-repair was not made correctly and I had to end up doing it myself so it would be repaired correctly and look nice. He made the drywall repair in less than 10 minutes and he did have a company receipt and he showed up 5 hours late.

He did a good job. Had to follow-up with him instead of him calling me. Also, a little messy. But all in all I would recommend this contractor.

Fixed my siding due to wind damage...Did a great job and my insurance company was amazed at the low price I was charged. Will definitely use this company again for some planned home repairs needed.

If not for some dirty shoe prints on the white carpeting, this would have been five star across the board. Prices are extremely reasonable and his work was fast and professional. I will use this company again.

Ken came out, assessed the job, gave me a quote & returned exactly when he said he would to complete the job. My only problem was that I felt it was an emergency & he would repair it the day he came to assess. I ended up having to wait 4 days till he came back, due to a combination of scheduling conflicts with both me & him. I had a piece of trim on the front of my house hanging and swinging in the wind that was scary to me, he felt it was secure enough to wait a few days & I guess he was right as it did not come down the rest of the way before he repaired it. He also did another small caulking job for me & I am very pleased with his work.

Quality workmanship while working late to complete project on time.

This company was very unprofessional, and im pretty sure the only floor they had put down was the one they started at my house. The job was so bad I asked them not to come back. I had to tear up 7 tiles from the floor and probably should have took up more. I had to finish the job myself, and what I did looks alot better then there work noticeable difference.

They did good job of repairing ceiling damage from water and painting. Project got started and then delayed because they became ill, but came back when they said and worked hard. They cleaned up after themselves too.

I asked Ken for an estimate to replace a skylight. He did in fact come to the house, took measurements and ordered the window and instructed me to call Carter Lumber to place a deposit on the window which I did, in fact I paid for it in full and that was in October. After not hearing from him for some time I called both Carter Lumber and Ken several times and Carter Lumber said the skylight was still there and Ken said he had bigger projects going on but didn't forget about me and was waiting for the weather to clear. Last time I called Carter Lumber they said they had no record of the order at all and I still have not heard from Ken.

Ken contacted me very quickly. He gave me a reasonable estimate over the phone. After he completed the work, he kept to his original estimate. He was also very friendly and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend Ken and plan to use him in the future.

They came out right away and had a worker complete the job within a few days. I am very pleased with the work accomplished.
