    I called them and they came out the same day to do the work. He was very nice and honest and told me I did not need to have a new line run for the microwave, that the existing line was more than adequate. This saved me money. They also diagnosed and fixed a problem I was having with one of my neutral lines. When I got the bill, I was pleasantly surprised. I am very pleased with their work.

    The electrician who was originally scheduled to do the work did not show up because he apparently went on vacation. Substitute electrician who did the work was courteous but did not stick with originally agreed budget. Despite fact I originally communicated specs of job to original electrician, substitute did not bring appropriate supplies and charged for travel time to go to Home Depot to pick up supplies. Complained to company, and got only a de minimus discount on bill. I will not use Bavolak again.

    Contractor made very helpful on site survey and I indicated I would like him to do the work. He said he would send a proposal the next weekend. That was over a month ago. Since then, he responded to one phone inquiry stating he would send proposal soon. He has not responded at all to subsequent e-mail inquires from me from me.

    We are very happy with the work of Bavolak Electric. They responded to our need in a very timely manner and performed all work we asked to have done just as we wanted. We will surely call them in the future regarding any electrical work we may need done. Both the electricians and the office staff were very nice and very easy to work with.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
