"Cathy , For the job you wanted done we quoted you a fair price for the services that needed to be done. You declined that price and your son had said how could we make the price cheaper. He asked what would we charge if he had taken care of the sticks and we gave you another fair price for the rest of the work. Most of the work you said we didn't do wasn't requested at the time we were giving you our quote for services. Im sorry you were misled with what services we're providing. As for not being on the same page I apologize. For the work your son and I had agreed on I feel we did a more than satisfactory job. Thank you for your business"
