"I was told this problem was with a panel upgrade and it was actually a blown fuse on a generator. I traveled out to the home and found a problem with the fuse on the generator. I informed them that i was not a generator repairman. i stayed out, tried to do a generator troubleshoot and let them know what i thought it could be. i let them know that i would go home and download the information for the generator as i was out of cell phone range. The homeowner was fine with that. I isolated a few problems, called and left a voicemail. I have tried to follow up with no response and have still not spoken to the homeowner as of now."
