Quick, thorough, great quality

Bay 101 Roofing, Inc., Alviso CA. This is our second home Bay 101 Roofing has re-roofed. Both homes were estimated by Dave Imhof, he goes over every detail for the estimate and answers all our questions and concerns. The first was a rental home, 3000 square feet, with lots of dry rot, a leaking flat top family room addition and a gabled second story roof. There were many roof repairs they had to do before the actual roof was put on. The flat roof was very challenging and Jose came up with a solution that is still working, no leaks. Jose is truly a problem solver. The end project was a complete new roof, new gutters, down spouts. I highly recommend working with Jose, owner, and Dave Imhof, estimator. For the second home, our own residence, we did not even get a second estimate. We just left it up to Dave and Jose. This home is 3800 square feet with a detached garage. The house has many gables, valleys, high peaks. From our rental property experience we knew Bay 101 could do this job. They removed the old wood shingles and replaced with GAF 50 year Glenwood shingles. They added O’Hagen vents for proper ventilation in the two separate attics and installed two new quieter roof ventilation fans. Everyday the crew cleaned up completely, including the two attics, put everything into their own dumpster. They have their own conveyer belt truck to lift materials to the top of first and second stories of house. The roof inspector came while they were working and he told us he is impressed seeing them work and the equipment they have. There was one little problem in the attic and I called Lorena and she had them out to fix it in two hours. They also added O’Hagen vents to the detached garage and the garage is cool even in this hot weather. We highly recommend Bay 101 Roofing Co and Jose, Dave, Lorena and crew.

timely estimate, prompt temporary fixing of roof, started roof early and complete on time, cleaning after as if they were never there for 2 days. They have own dump truck, auto conveyer to move all material onto roof, auto gutter/spout cut to exact length; crew were on time, diligent, no slacking when boss is not present.
