I am still waiting for him to get the push-button start button from Bosch-claims they only deliver to SF once a week. I am not pleased nor will I recommend him. I am seriously thinking of going with another company.

It was a top notch service call - loads of communication about when he was coming, diagnosed much of the problem in advance over the phone so that he brought the right parts, and he had it done in no time. Very gentlemanly and knowledgeable.

This gentlemen IMMEDIATELY diagnosed and quickly fixed a problem that the Sears Technician said had to be replaced with either a $300.00 part or suggested I replace the complete unit. Please note the word QUIXCKLY!

The repairman came and assessed the problem. He concluded the washing machine was too old and the repair costs would far exceed its value. It was preferrable to replace vs. repair it. He charged us a fair assessment fee and recommended a good source for a new washer.

Through an amazing confluence of circumstances, a repairman was at my home with 45 minutes of submitting the email to Service Magic. The repairman diagnosed the problem with my KitchenAid clothes dryer, installed a replacement part, and was on his way after only about 30 minutes onsite. The repairman was competent, courteous, and the price was very fair. Highly recommended.
