Very professional and reliable

After years of putting off getting a new roof, once we met Cooper we knew we should go with him. He is very soft spoken, straightforward and honest, and we had no hesitation in trusting him with the job. He was able to do the work very soon after contracting, and his team did first rate work. The cleanup effort was extremely thorough, to the point of using magnets to find any nails or staples that were dropped during install. We will use him again.

I can't say enough about the amazing experience we had with Cooper Yelton and Bay Area Contracting! From start to finish they are professional and provide great communication. They were flexible during the process too, as I made some modifications and added some work to the overall bathroom remodel. There attention to detail was by far the most impressive I've seen. We love the end result and are definitely customers for life! Don't look any further, just call Cooper and his team!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I can't scream it loud enough. We were in dire need of having our mudroom remodeled. It was 1960's wood paneling and the windows were so old you couldn't tell a difference between the indoor and outdoor temperatures. Cooper came over within a day of us calling and helped us design a new look for our mudroom. While we were waiting for our new windows and doors to come in, we asked Cooper to give us an estimate on finishing our basement bathroom (it was completely gutted when we moved in). We wanted to see if it's something we could finish within the next year or two. His estimate was so good we decided to get it done while we were waiting on our doors and windows for the mudroom!!! They did an amazing job on the bathroom! Turned out better then we expected. They even replaced the old cast iron piping under the concrete slab with PVC so we wouldn't have to worry about leaks in the future. They finished the bathroom just in time for the materials to arrive for the mudroom. They got right to work on the new mudroom and did just as amazing of a job. They found a lot of old termite damage in the walls and so they ended up basically re-framing the entire room. We got new drywall, windows, doors, flooring and siding. No job is too big or small for Bay Area Contracting. We will be using them again for our upstairs/kitchen remodel very soon. P.S. This is a side note but I have two daughters (3 and 5 years old) that would sometimes ask "Mr. Cooper" and his worker to stop working and eat lunch with them. Without hesitation, the two would drop what they're doing and eat a quick lunch with my daughters at their little table. They thought it was the coolest thing ever.

The work was done promptly (once the weather cooperated) . This was a full roof replacement and included a storage shed. I an very happy with the job and would definitely hire this company again.

We have hired Cooper and his crew for 3 different projects. The first was a full bathroom remodel then a custom wood beam in our cathedral ceiling and most recently adding some built ins and custom shelving as well as a wooden mantle. We would highly recommend them and will be using them again!

I have only great comments to make for Cooper Yeltin and his crew. They did outside painting of storm door, shingles, storage shed, power washed home, and repaired flower garden. Plus 4 post in 6ft fencing. This was last year 2018! I just contracted him again to replace 10 more fence posts. They were thorough and did craftsmanship work in one day!!! I have additional items for later this summer. He and his crew are just fabulous and versatile and the first company that I call for any exterior work. .

I was originally quoted $7k for a full roof repair (half of what the next company quoted). Once they got there they said they didn t actually need to replace as much as they thought and would only charge me for the material used. End cost was only $5k. I was floored. They could have easily pocketed the $2k. Can t recommend them enough!!!

They are amazing! Cooper is a top pro, his crew is excellent and they built a roof over my patio I always dreamt of! He is super nice, and I plan on using this company for many other projects!

Originally Bay Area came out for roof repair and drywall work. We apparently had a squirrel in the attic so he would not do the dry wall work but he tried to fix the roof. The work he did didn’t fix it and he failed to give me an estimate on other work we asked him to provide an estimate on. I was a bit angry at his lack of follow through on the estimates and then when the roof started leaking again I was very upset. Eventually he reached out to me and offered to repair the roof for free but I have already gotten someone else to work on it.

I have done many renovations over the years and am quite savvy in regards to right price, great quality. Cooper Yelton at Bay Arae Contracting is the real deal! He did exactly what he said he would do, in exactly the timeframe he promised. His pricing was so fair and reasonable that I ended up being able to do more work then I initially thought I could afford. My kitchen Reno/new floors are amazing! Thank you, thank you! Don’t pass this contractor up!

They came on time, were very informative and did above and beyond what was expected f them. They were very fair in their pricing and did an excellent job.

I highly recommend you get someone else. These people ruined my deck
