They sent a tech named Justin to inspect my problem and give us a diagnosis to our problem with our overhead garage door getting stuck when it was almost closed. I was told by Justin that the current garage door motor wasnâ t strong enough to close the overhead garage door and it needed to be replaced. He gave me a price for parts and labor of $1000.00, I agreed. The new motor was installed but now I have newer problems. I have gaps meaning I can now see light along both sides of the overhead garage door. It looks like he took the original weather stripping off. He also, moved the rails from the original spot. Iâ m now dealing with spiders and crawling bugs now getting into my garage area. I called Justin to tell him what issues Iâ m now having. He denied any wrong doing and then tried to say that he never touch anything but what we agreed on. I called the service department instead of sending a different tech to my home. They decided to send the same person. Bad move! Stay away from this company and make sure you get two or more options before moving forward.

They are a scam. They say they are located in Belvedere, but they are not. They put in a fake residential address. They are a dispatch service for Bay Area Garage Door Repair Service, which has the worst reviews on Yelp and everyone says they significantly overcharge and do poor quality work. They significantly overcharged us. Stay away from this company. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
