We are very detailed oriented while inspecting all aspects of the home. Areas of inspection include, but not limited to, structural (framing and foundation), electrical, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, exterior drainage, appliances, attached decks and fencing. Also, as part of our inspections, we check for any dry rot or termite issues. We provide quality color photos with every inspection. You will understand every item in our report by the time we are finished. We are available 7 days a week and you will have your report within 24 hours. Same day service is also available.
