Bay Area Plumbing, Inc. is a small family owned business in which was originally operated out of South Tampa from the home of Mike & Tammy Williams in 1996. With their friend Eddie Corbitt, they have built a thriving partnership in the plumbing industry. Mike is responsible for getting the jobs, doing estimates, and covering the service department, while Tammy runs the office and handles the finances. Eddie is the job superintendent, handling new construction and making sure that work is done to the company's high standards. Were not a real big company, says Mike. Our goal is to keep customers happy and coming back. We do that through being prompt and reliable and by doing a good job. Bay Area Plumbing services and repairs all types of plumbing, remodels, bathrooms, re-pipes sanitary sewer and water pipes, installs new construction plumbing, and does smaller type commercial jobs. The company also sells all the top brand fixtures and faucets. Call us today!

Originally gave me an appointment for Tuesday, March 2 from 1:00 pm-2:00 pm. Then, I got a call saying the technician was going to be late because he was tied up. So they moved the appointment to 2:00 pm-4:00 pm. At 4:00 pm no word and no technician. I called the office and could not find anyone to speak with. I called about 5 times before I finally found someone, then I was placed on hold and I got hung-up on. I kept calling I finally found someone to tell me the technician would come 4:00 pm-5:00 pm. It was a frustrating experience and poor customer service.

I also wanted them to fix my tub handles, they quoted me a price but when they got here they couldn't finish the tub work. They informed me that I would get a call back from them when they got the parts and I never received a call back. I had a lot of other plumbing items done with the water heater install so my bill wasent cheap, but they left me hanging with my tub. My choice was to turn off my water heater or have a shut off installed for the hot water to the tub, after not having any hot water since the hurricane I had the hot water shut off knob installed another $200.00 + added to my bill and still can't use the tub. Not happy with that part at all, but the rest of the work they did I'm very happy with.

Arrived on time, as scheduled. Replaced shower parts, and fixed leaky bathtub faucet. And made sure I was completely satisfied with work performed before leaving. And explained the guarantee, should the leak come back to not hesitate to call. But after hired, the price from the original quote was much higher when the job was finished. So my experience with both plumbing and tree service was much higher than the original quoted price. And I would definitely use a different company, should I need plumbing and tree services again. And I sent them an e-mail and text msg. letting them know. 12/20/17

The plumber was very courteous but didn't seem to listen to one key element .I was wanting replacement faucets to be installed. Pricing high for installing toilets but I wanted a plumber to do it because I had lack of confidence in tile person you recommended to do it right
