"01)He asked for a receipt and I told him I don't write receipts, I have to do them on the computer. I asked if he had a fax and he said no. I told him I could mail it and he stated "don't worry about it". 02) Steve and his wife both looked at the work and were pleased, he even commented on my equipment and said he did that type of work once. He then asked me for a quote to do some other work prior to listing it on the market. He asked to only clean about 60% of the concrete around the back and side of the home, when the front is the most important for a prospective buyer to see. "Curb appeal" I cant believe this rating. :("
