I had a railing installed on my front stairs. I asked for it to go from the first step to the ground and was given a price. When he installed it, it was a larger railing and cost 25% more. The wrong kind of cement screws was used and the railing came off the porch. When I emailed for a repair/reinstall I got no response and had to find someone else.

Eddie and his worker great personality and did a great job. Arrived ahead of time scheduled, got materials, returned completed the job. Iâ m going to use them at my mother house. Pricing for labor wasnâ t bad. He came back with receipt of purchase for materials.

I had them install a storm door I had to call them back because the door was scraping on the threshold, the pricing was fair, I called them back for other projects, and they never return my calls, was it something I said?

The job was done very well. The only issue is I don’t think the wall was sanded before the backsplash was added. I was not there so no sure just noticed a little unevenness on the wall
