When I called to have someone come out to give me a quote they came the same day the week was completed two days later. I was told the crew would be here at 9 they were here at 8:50 very impressed. The lady who did the schedule Inga was prompt and very friendly as was the crew when completed the job.

Took several weeks to return my call otherwise excellent customer service. A crew of five removed a 40' silver maple and 2 50' spruce trees that were leaning towards my home. They also removed the stumps with a great grinding machine. It took them about 4 hours. They were polite and friendly and the cost was reasonable.

THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE, I HAD TO CALL THEIR SUPERVISOR TWICE TO GET THEM TO DO WHAT WAS AGREED

I received an estimate for $1400 to remove one tree, and to put the pieces in the woods behind the lawn. When I came home from work I found that they the pieces of wood on my lawn. I called the man who gave me the estimate and he never returned my call, Called the office and was told that it would be $300 to remove the wood from my lawn. I had to call several times before the company finally came and removed the wood. They never apologized

The company was prompt, efficient and was easy to work with when they were on the job. I had a 90 foot oak tree that was over 80 years old and had split into two trees, one half was over my house and would take out about 60% of my house if it fell. I plan to use them again to remove about 9 or 10 scrub pine trees on the other side of my property within the next year or so.

Very good crew, came in and got the job done. Weather precluded them from finishing in one day.

I am very disappointed in this company. I had to work on the day they were scheduled to come and give me an estimate. The estimate I was given I felt was very overpriced for the work to be done but they are a local company and since their ratings on HA were good, I scheduled the work b/c I needed the trees trimmed. I was told the supervisor would be at the job so I felt comfortable that I may be able to negotiate with him when he arrived for the job. However, two guys showed up that could not communicate clearly to me and when they showed me the order, I had questions with what was on it but figured I would discuss my concerns with Rick. When I asked the guys where "Rick" was--the guy the receptionist told me would be there--they just shrugged and immediately began the work. I then called their office and the receptionist (recp), not Robin but I don't remember her name, said that Rick would show up "sometime" during the job because I wanted to discuss the price for the job and exactly what they were going to do. The recp then told me "Rick" would be there eventually. Then she said, Are you a racist? I was appalled and told her that I hire foreign workers to do work for me often, and I am not a racist. I told her that she told me earlier that Rick would be at my house for the job and since I was not able to be here when he came to look at the trees, I wanted to talk to him about the job BEFORE anything was done and she said again, "He will be there sometime during the job." Frustrated, I went outside and explained to the guys the situation and asked them to stop the work, clean up the debris, and then leave until I could talk to the owner of the company. The guys worked for 1.25 hours and later that day, the company sent me a bill by email charging me $1,000 for--according to the bill--1.5 hours of work. I immediately called the company but got a recording and responded to that emailed bill by asking that they have the owner of the company call me. To date (11/26/14), I have not heard a word from the company. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau if I do not hear back from them by Friday of this week. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE and if a Home Advisor representative wants to see the work they did, my yard is open to them anytime. Please let me know if you have any questions. Prompt and courteous. They met every requirement professionally and respectfully as they removed my 40 ft hickory tree. I plan to hire them back in the near future. Great price. I love the fact that they are a local business.

The men who came out to do the work did a fantastic job. They were courtious and thorough. The job I set out to do was done well. My problem came from the office manager who attempted to charge $600 more than I was quoted. I was told I received the proposal which I did not. I received someone else's invoice. Then they wanted to split the additional cost but what work was in question was the work we wanted done in the first place. As one office worker was on the phone with me I could hear the office manager in the background complaining about me. I told the person I was speaking with that the office manager should stop speaking about me in those terms and the office manager started yelling more. Again the work that was completed was done well. The process sucked. Customer service is not a priority for sure.

Prompt, professional, quality work done and reasonably priced. We were very impressed and have recommended them to our neighbors.
