They were very quick to respond and came out within a few days to take down 4 large palm trees. The crew was fast and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend using them.

Bay Area Tree Service did great work and left the areas they worked in very clean.

Bay Area Tree Service did great work. There was a issue with the lift they needed for the job so they needed to reschedule to a week later then the original date. Due to the inconvenience they gave us a $50 credit on the bill. When they were finished they did a great job cleaning up. Kelsey and his crew were very professional and friendly. Bay Area Tree Service is definitely recommended and our tree company for life. Thanks so much guys.

got a good estimate they stuck to the number did a great job clean and fast picked up everything when they left my trees were perfect if you want to fell comfortable about hiring someone to do work at your home these are the guys I would recommend to everyone

They didn t show up on the date set up, but came two days later...I understand things come up, but didn t receive a phone call or email saying they wouldn t be here & number given didn t accept voicemail!

I moved into my house with huge over grown trees and shrubs. They were prompt and ready to go to work. It was a huge mess out their, now looks like a different house. I would recommend them always

Excellent service& very professional!!

I had a large laural oak that had to be removed from my property. I contacted Kelsey and he provided me with a very reasonable quote that included an arborist recommendation and all the work (removal of the tree, stump grinding and clean-up work). He and his crew worked from early morning until sunset to remove the tree. They came back a few days later and completed the stump grinding, debris removal and raking the area level. All the work was done in a professional, efficient manner. Certainly a top quality, friendly business to have your tree work done by.

The men did exactly what I wanted in pruning/trimming the trees and shrubs. They were courteous, efficient and meticulous about their cleanup of the debris. They wanted me to be totally pleased with the work that was being done. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

I had 3 giant trees with branches hanging over my roof. I love these trees and was worried they would have to be chopped beyond recognition which is why I wanted an arborist. Kelsey is so knowledgeable and explained everything and the reasons why. The trees are still glorious and I'm thrilled and feel safe now re hurricane season. I was so impressed by Kelsey that I stopped getting estimates and chose him after our first conversation. A very impressive company with a polite, cheerful , professional crew who seem like they love what they do. Like in "the good old days" when customer service was important to the companies. Very happy.

Kelsey was great! He was the first company to call me and show up for an estimate. Unfortunately, he didn’t have a lift that was needed and he told me that a quote my husband had received was a good deal by someone that owned the equipment. I appreciated his honesty and helpfulness. We will use him in the future when we don’t need special equipment bc our tree is dead.
