"Hi Wayne, we apologize for your frustration on your experience with Bay County Concrete. We do our best to walk away from each job with a happy and satisfied customer. Unfortunately, It isn?t always possible as is evidence in this case. The first day my crew arrives start the work, your comment ?Don?t you have a white crew?? should be a red flag for me to perform your job, I am sorry that my foreman is not matching your ethnicity requirement as the first place but he did this for the last over 30 years and when the first phase complete you paid us in full and started add more work. If you weren?t happy with the first phase how can you keep moving on with us? When my crew left job site to get sand, to grab lunch I constantly get phone call from you to ask me why they are not on the jobsite, but as same human being like you they work in humid weather they need water, supplies, while you sit in your cooling house monitor my crew and point out what should be done in the right way as on the youtube. After we walk through the project and designed the work under your supervision you still changed your mind multiple times, shortly after the job done you were complaining the fountain you wanted to put there left little room for your truck to turn around but all we did was under your supervision. The second phase we did not even collect deposit from you as you had already paid in full for the first phase as a good faith, and then we just want to get this job over and collect the payment from you we agree to add one steps and 14 more square feet for you with NO COSTING, just trying to satisfying your need, Unfortunately, those 14 square foot we don?t have extra pavers for the job, unless I order a whole pallet again. Of course you don?t want to pay for a whole pallet of paver for those 14 square feet that we add on for no costing. Sorry for you to wait for two weeks and we came over to complete your job. But those add on works and non-completion job you mentioned wasn?t in the contract. Its just we were trying to satisfying you and to get us paid as soon as possible so that we agree to add on for free. In the end you were saying that you over paid me on the jobs and we did not even get paid in full as of today. You singed the contract and trying to replace the number with the lower one you did not singed is even a more example to show how much you were trying to not pay for the complete beautiful job. I don?t mind to hire a professional to evaluate the work quality, my crew did this for the last 30 years and have a lot beautiful project and yours is one of them. But I am sorry that they came from Brazil and yes they are not white. So my respond is 1. Poor quality? If that?s the case why you want to add more works with us after we finished the first phase? And you have never mentioned to me about the cracks and grade issue, your biggest complain was your truck doesn?t have big turning space due to the fountain you originally wanted there. Also based on how particular you are and how micro management your are towards to me and my crew you have never mentioned to me the chiped edge of the paves along with other isuue. 2. Incomplete? The incomplete portion is due to trying to satisfying your need and to collect the balance for us we agree to add more work for free and during the waiting period I need to get the paver and also avoid rain. As now the job is completed, but we still not receive the final payment yet. 3. Unprofessional? At first I patiently receive any phone call from you by you trying to monitor any action my crew made and answer your question why this should not be performed by the way you wanted, I think us over 30 years experiences cannot beat your several days Youtube experience? You kick us off your property while we are doing the right work is that your professional to handle issue as well. As a business owner to run my business is not only provide my own family but"
