Vince was super! We thought our "little" repairs wouldn't get much response but he came on a Saturday, very punctual. Now our jacuzzi works again (Yay) and our front porch light is on a timer. He wasn't able to correct a non-functioning outlet but spent time to check every possible source of the problem before ending the search. He has a pleasant demeanor and we will keep his number for future issues that arise. Price was fair, too.

well organized & focused

Vince came out to fix my front door bell. He was very nice , explained things that he needed to do. I now have a much better front entrance fixture. Very happy with his work. Would hire him again.

When I telephoned & asked hourly rate I was quoted $135 per hr. On arrival, I was told that was just the cost for getting to the appointment and would cover a quick 5 min. assessment of job. It would then cost an additional $45 per half hr. I did not feel this was a fair way of doing business - not making clear costs when specifically asked.

He called me literally within 5 minutes of submitting the form on HomeAdvisor. We scheduled a meeting that afternoon to which he arrived early. And the problem was solved quickly and competently. I was very satisfied.

I just submitted a review for T.K. Electric which was supposed to be for Bay Electrical. Please make the correction.

His fee was $125 for the first hour. Came to fix an issue with outlets that weren't working. Replaced a breaker in about 40 minutes. One week later the outlets did not work. It took a week to schedule him back. He wanted to charge another $150 to replace a few connectors.
