"Thank you so much for posting this review. Although responsiveness is important, this client highlighted our goal of "thorough and accurate". We are so happy to of met or exceeded this client's expectations. As people read our reviews, I must point out that we have been far too busy to receive HomeAdvisor calls on a regular basis for the last several years. We have had our lead system with this company in the off position almost constantly for the last five years. Occasionally, the system turns on automatically, accounting for the smattering of reviews over that time period. Reviewing our older review history will reveal a much higher density of review response. Potential clients are also urged to assess our ratings on Angie's List, where they will find over 400 "straight A" reviews. "First, thank you for this uplifting review. Evaluation of a new building is just as important, or perhaps more important, than inspection of a previously owned house. How many times have we all bought brand-new items that did not function as intended? This happens with appliances, electrical systems, building components and other items related to a new home. In this case we found one major appliance that did not operate properly and a host of significant electrical issues, prompting the builder to bring the electrician back out. In the end we were happy to have met the clients needs and wish them many years of Blessings in their new home!"

"Mr D, Thank you for an outstanding review! We inspect all types of properties from multi million dollar water front mansions to travel trailers. This subject was an outstanding manufactured home that appeared flawless. After a few hours on the job, we found the building to be in very good condition overall, but did find a few things that must be addressed. The report will undoubtedly force the hand of the HOA to make corrections, including re-engineering the final grade of the grounds so as to re-route ground water in an attempt to preserve our client's building. I'm happy to have aided in protecting our client from the HOA! Thank you!!"

"We had a wonderful opportunity to help these very nice people. We were on site to do a four point insurance inspection and recognized several wind mitigation credits in the course of our duties, prompting us to encourage the client to order a Wind Mitigation report so they could benefit from a significant savings on their insurance policy. We took the notes and photos necessary to complete the wind inspection and encouraged them to approach their agent to inquire of possible savings. In the end we were able to enlighten help this client save money. Very gratifying! Thanks for the review!!"
