I had three quotes done for some electrical work as follows: - Install two new circuits for a dedicated ice maker and wine cellar. - Connect up some outlets that had been installed in a cabinet to an existing circuit. - Assess load on all circuits to determine if any are un-used and if so, reuse for the above (because i did not have enough space remaining in my panel) Bay Lighting and Power was by far the lowest bid and it was clear from their bid that they were being honest and transparent while the other bidders had piled on additional work and material that was not needed in order to get me what I wanted. The team (Mark and Carlos) were super professional and fast. They completed the job in less than 3 hours. Mark was very patient with me and answered all of my curious questions. He presented options to me and found solutions to the challenges. I am very happy with the result. Alex, in their office who helped organize the work , fees and payment was also very professional and even reached out to me after the service to get feedback. This is rare in my experience. I would definitely use Bay Lighting & Power again and highly recommend them.

They removed old knob and tube wiring in our house and layed out a new system. Mark was our main guy and he did an amazing job. He was always communicative throughout the work and went above and beyond what we could have expected. I highly recommend Bay Lighting and Power Co. and will definitely use them for future projects.

I hired Bay lighting and Power after my previous contractor failed to deliver the job. Mark and crew step in and took over the job. It was the whole house re-wire for an Eichler house. There is no attic or crawl space for Eichler houses that makes the whole project way more challenging. Mark did the new addition wiring mostly on the roof and for the existing section he mostly used the walls and the beams. He added a sub-panel in the garage to minimize number of penetration in the existing roof which reduced the overall cost of the project significantly. During the whole process he was patient and creative. We passed all the city inspections on the first try. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality of their work and great customer service. I highly recommend them for any electrical remodeling or new construction.

Mark installed 18 recessed lights on the first floor and upstairs adding new dimmer switches. He also routed HDMI cable to the new TV location through walls and ceiling. Work is done on time and with quality. It was very easy to work with Mark. I do recommend Bay Lighting and Power Co. and I would hire them again.

I originally hired someone else for the job but they were not able to complete it. Bay Lighting took over the project and did an outstanding job rewiring both sides of our duplex rental. They were on time, professional and complete the job in less than 10 days. In addition, they also discovered a serious issue with one of the electrical panels - work completed by another contractor and pass by the city. I would highly reccommend Mark of Bay Lighting and will most likely be using them again.

He listened, arrived when he said he would and was very mindful that the rest of the project was on hold pending completion of his work. His suggestions saved us a lot of money. We felt we were in very good hands. He even took extra time to correct an issue created by the previous electrician.

I hired this company to rewire my house as I found them through a friend and not on home advisor. I am just taking the time to leave this review because this company asked me to and they did a really good job so I figured why not. I had a double story home they re wired the entire home along with a new panel box. I had problems at an air b&b and had to come home and stay a few of the last days. To my surprise Mark and staff were very accommodating for me and my kids and got the job done even with us at home. We had them come out 2-3 times even after the job was completed for a few little items without problems. A bit of rescheduling here and there and they could of been on time more. But over all quality wise was very nice, we have lights that work. Would highly recommend this company. Thanks
