Bay Pest Solution was fantastic. Over the years I have relied on them for keeping my home termite-free. They are the best price plus provide amazing customer service. They tented my home for termites recently and a vent was damaged. They made it right and fixed the vent without hesitation.

They were immediately responsive, and explained their service - were very courteous and friendly, and the rats were gone quite quickly. It was very upsettIng to have the rodents inside our home, and they put us at ease. I highly recommend them.

The estimate quoted is very fast, the first service is quick too. But when we followed their instructions to put a trap board in the kitchen, got some rats and some of the rats are still running around in the kitchen as our tenant reported. We emailed at least twice and called them twice to make an appointment for a necessary check-up. Until now nobody resends. Very bad customer service.

2 individuals came out. There was some mix-up on what they were there to do so a call had to be made. We have only had one service so cannot honestly give a good recommendation but I am still waiting for a call back to set up the next appt. I may have to call them.

They repeatedly rescheduled. Basic work was competent (seal house from rodents) but for the money I would have expected more engagement.

Great customer service! They answered the phone on the weekend and sent someone over right away to set traps to catch a rat that escaped from my cat into my house. They then competently trapped and removed the rat.

The amount of work they did (especially cleanup, disinfection) was far less than they said they would.

A company that truly cares about the customers. The issue became extremely bad and not only did we have rats, we also had mice. So company was called and they came out almost every day to ensure that the issue was getting cleaned up in a timely manner.

Some delay in scheduling return trips, but Will is very professional and friendly. Fees are reasonable.
