Oscar sent Edmundo to help us install a new faucet for our kitchen sink. We had issues with loosening the pipe to install the new faucet connections. Edmundo handled it with the proper tools and installed the new faucet expertly.

He is very responsive excellent customer service. A plumber who keeps his word. Anytime I have a plumbing job I now know who to call.

Bay plumber had to run 2 trips to fetch their tools in order to complete the job but they swept clean the garage afterwards

Lead plumber consistently over committed on when replacing front sewer line would be completed, so was unable to return to home for over a week. Then, we had to wait a week for the inspector after being told he would be there the day they completed the job. We find out this lead quit the company, so final completion was several weeks later. Crew poured dirt over river rock bed and didn't pack refilled dirt area well enough, so walking on it is a safety issue.

They replaced my Kitchen faucet. Done quickly. He went to the store and bought a nice faucet based on our inputs. Very happy with the work as well the experience working with them. I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a plumber.

I was charged 700.00 dollars to repair a leak but it turned out there was not one. I asked if the fee would be less and was told no. I asked for new shower/tub fixtures and those were installed but I still have a big hole in my wall as they do not repair the sheetrock. My water pressure has not been the same and I am not satisfied with the work that was done. I feel I was taken advantage of and will not use this company again.

Arrived without parts to fix broken pipe. Guys asked for location of local HD, then took 1.25 hours to get parts. They told me their cell and GPS was down so they were lost. But I was charged for that time too. Serviceman struggled with how to fix and took 3 hours @ $125 hour (includes driving time back/forth to HD). $90 for parts..no receipt. At $465 broken pipe was fixed but water shoots 4 feet out from hose bib now and that's the best they can do. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS
