I hired Bay Pools to clean and maintain my pool while I was away, shortly after I purchased my house. When I arrived to to my house I noticed that each week when they were scheduled for the service no one would show up. I had to text them and remind them multiple times in order for the service to be done. I don t know much about pools but I was advised by them to purchase a bigger filter and new heater costing over 3000$, because the pool did not have a good flow, however I noticed that one of the pipes was cut open and one of the outlets in the pool was closed. Not sure how you can make a determination to change the equipment before addressing the basics. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Paul was right on time, and pointed out issues that our previous company either never noticed & completely ignored. In one visit, Paul & Chris had our pool in better shape than the previous company had in a year! Bay Pools is very professional & they take pride in the work that they do. We highly recommend them!

"Carlos, You turned to our company by recommendation and had a cloudy pool circumstance. We advised this would take some time to clear and filter out. We recommended a new filter and you were certain this was not required. We came to your house on 3 occasions and when you finally agreed we replaced the filter. This pool would then have a chance to clear. For our 3 trips to your house and the cost of filter you paid ABSOLUTELY NOTHING and you HAVE NOT PAID for any the time, chemicals nor the filter we purchased for your pool. Christian"

They need to be eliminated from the list. They don't do a good job. They were drunk on the job. They are unreliable. They are rude. They try to cheat you out of money. Stay away from this business. Worst experience of my life. I had to pay the new company 50 extra dollars just to clean up the mess this company made.

To purposefully and inaccurately write such horrible comments is something we have not experienced. Exemplary customer service. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and detail oriented. After waiting 4 days for another company to NOT show up for a scheduled appointment, Bay Pools came to my home within just a few hours. I am not easily impressed however, Bay Pools completely impressed me. Great service from caring people.

Happy with the company so far, my only issue is that they did not keep InTouch as much as I wanted. Me being a bit demanding and them being busy, I understand the situation. I hired Bay Pools to acid wash my pool and they did an amazing job. I also hired the company to service the pool on monthly basis. They will start service Friday 2/5/16.
