Sergio and team were easy to work with. Communication was smooth and any inevitable hiccups with the project were resolved quickly. We hired Integrum to build an approximately 250 sq. ft addition on our 70-year-old house to turn a bedroom into a master suite (bathroom and walk-in closet) We got quotes from 4 contractors and Sergio's was the best price, but also the most detailed bid explaining costs and covering every part of the project. He stayed on budget and the only overages were when we added scope to the project. I have already referred him to another friend and would refer him again. I would use him for future projects, as well.

I'd like to share my recent experience with building an additional living room to my house, and recommend Sergio for his great work as a General contractor finishing within expected timeframe. Here's my key takeaways working with him: - Sergio still surprises me with his quick response turnaround over text/call. He is the most responsive GC I've ever seen. - He's has a great team of sub-contractors - their work quality is great, friendly, and flexible for minor changes. - Being local to Lakewood neighborhood, Sergio understands a lot about the existing homes structure, and working around them. - As we encountered some changes to our plan, Sergio was always reasonable with making the optimal decision to minimize additional expenses.

Great work was done in a timely manner. Not the cheapest, but, definitely of good quality and best value.
