Over the past few years, we had used a few services to clean our condo in Orange Beach, but were not satisfied with any of them. Then, I found Cathy and Bayside Concierge Services and we decided to try them. Wow! So glad we did. Cathy is very responsive and easy to work with. She and her staff do high-quality work, and care about their reputation in the industry. Spaces in our condo that other services never gave attention to are clean now. I highly recommend Bayside Concierge Services to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and thorough cleaning service.

The cleaning job they did was what i had hoped for.

I used the grocery delivery service. I sent Cathy a list of groceries and she did the rest. She purchased everything on my list, delivered it to the beach house I was renting for the week, and even put it away! It was so nice to arrive to a fully stocked kitchen and not worry about going back to the store. Cathy was great to work with and made sure I got everything ordered. I will definitely use this service again.

Cathy, the company owner, is extremely professional and is a joy to interact with. She is extremely knowledgeable, using high quality products specific to the surfaces she is cleaning. Attention to detail is impeccable. I feel like I don't have a thing to worry about with her and her employees coming in and out of my house. I have indoor only cats and have to be concerned with their safety...no concerns at all with Bay Side Services. Cathy and her folks even go to the trouble of learning the names of each cat. WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!
