Very professional and detailed. Attention to detailed explanation of process of cleaning and we were shown anything that needed to be addressed. Went above and beyond to address some dryer venting issues we were experiencing. Unlike some big companies they bring the vacuum cleaning machine into the house to create a better suction. (it's heavy but he was able to navigate the stairs with the machine with a little help and very careful)

They came in to my home with their masks on and very pleasant. Explained everything they were doing and cleaned up after themselves. I didnâ t know how bad my air ducts were until he explained it and showed us how much dust was in there. Iâ m so glad they did the dryer vent, it was totally clogged and we didnâ t even know it!

The technician was on time, professional and courteous. He explained everything he did. When he cleaned the outside dryer vent, he showed me all the accumulated dust that backed up in the dryer vent. I was very satisfied with the vent cleaning.

Jamie performed the service for me and was extremely punctual and professional. He checked in with me along the way to let me know what he was doing, which I really appreciated, and double checked everything meticulously. Also Christina, their receptionist, is super friendly and a pleasure to talk to as well. Would highly recommend!
