I hired this guy to repair A storm door and Upgrade a bedroom outlet on Sunday, Oct 25th, 2020. He completed the storm door, but not the outlet. I paid him in cash, since he did not accept credit cards, I asked for a receipt, but never received it. He was scheduled to return On Sunday, Nov 1 2020 at 1 pm to complete the outlet. He showed up but did not perform the work, because told me he had accepted another project which was more important than my project. He fails to keep his commitment with me and complete my project, which was a scheduled and confirmed appointment, and he did not give me advance notice. I drove 60 miles to meet him, and this was the service I received. This guy lacks professionalism, communication, and customer service skills. He demonstrated Zero concern and commitment to my project. I will NEVER recommend him. By the way, I never got my receipt for repairs to the storm door, which I paid him in cash. I am very disappointed in the BayWerks.
