This is our first time using a professional pest control service. Our tech was on time and that was very important to me. He was also knowledgeable about the products he was using. We have not seen a spider or any type of insect since he sprayed. Best investment ever.

Logan was very professional. I trusted him from the beginning. I had him looking for a place that bats were getting inside our house for more than twenty years. He checked every space inside and outside of our house. He saw a few places that may have been a possibility. Unfortunately , these turned out to not be a space that bats could get inside. He apologized and after spending more than an hour here, he did not charge us a dime. I would highly recommend this company for their honesty and integrity.

Great experience with them from beginning to end. We had started our service with Orkin with the whole purpose of rodent control. We had signed a contract over the phone believing we were getting help with our rodent issue when in fact it was only for bugs. Orkin tried to "help us out" and offer their services for over 8K to handle our rodent issue (this was the BEST SERVICE, and it was 4K for the mediocre service). My husband and I didn't feel that quote was right, so we found Bayer Pest Control through HomeAdvisor. He came out and quoted us for half the price Orkin did, and for the same work! When he gave me the estimate, everything was broken down and he explained each aspect of the work that was going to be done. He When it came time to complete the work, he gave me an invoice that was also broken down and had shown the work that we agreed upon getting done. The day that the work was supposed to be done-they were on time, and never stopped moving. They came prepared. I'm very impressed with their work and will be going to them for pest control services once we are done with Orkin.

I trusted Logan on the spot...He could charge more, if he were in it for the money, but he's apparently not! Thank You, Thank You, Thank You!

Great company, very happy with their services

Logan is professional, very knowledgeable, & friendly & you cannot beat his prices for rodent control. He assessed every part of my home: attic, roof, crawl space,under sinks, outdoors, shed. Started right away on strategy (set traps & bate stations & sealing off entries & checking every 2 days & cut tree that rodents might use to gain entrance & gave a free estimate & has kept his word & explained every process & answered all my questions). He even got a blender out of my attic for me before I hired him because I was afraid to go up there. If you hire him, you will not be disappointed. He does everything the big companies do & more at a small fraction of the price. He stated when done he is even coming back in a couple months to make sure the rodent issue is resolved. I am very pleased with his work thus far.

Logan has been out to my house a few times. He has successfully caught two mice and continues to check the bait stations. His prices are extremely fair, and he has done a great job taking care of the mouse situation.

I had mice in my attic, so I gave Logan a call. I am happy with the services that I have received.

Prompt, professional, went the extra mile to fill an opening at air conditioner unit where mice could get in. Very impressed overall and highly recommend!

Logan was very professional. He called when he was running a few minutes late, and then arrived at his stated time. He was detailed in his examination of our residence and took care of the problem.

He arrived on time and was very professional in the work he did we haven't seen an ant yet.

Thorough inspection done. Everything put back in place when moved.
