I would hands down recommend Bayou A/C and heat. The owner Tyler was very responsive to my needs. As the summer heat has started to get hotter I knew I needed to have a reliable company for my A/C needs. All of my questions were answered in a way I could understand. The customer service was absolutely incredible. An I look forward to having Tyler on stand by in case I need help with my A/C again in the future.

As soon as the summer heat began, my a/c failed. I had it inspected by another company who determined it was a leaky and rusted A-coil. That company only wanted to change out the entire system for $5K. Thankfully, at the recommendation of a friend, I called Bayou A/C. Tyler verified the issue and offered me a solution of simply changing out the coil and recharging the unit at a 75% savings! He was also the only one who offered to come out the same day (actually late at night) to keep us from going one more night in the heat. He was polite and professional and worked until late at night. When complete, he explained everything to us in easy and understandable terms and even followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied. This was literally the best experience Iâ ve ever had with a service contractor! Thanks, Tyler!
