Lawn Care - Fall / Spring Clean Up - For Business
Bayou Builders owner agreed to mow, weed trim and cut down all tall weeds and carry away all debris collected. He mowed approximately less than 1/4 of the property and sent me pictures of the mowed area and told me the job was finished April30th. I was out of town and unable to physically inspect the job. He charged me 308.00 deposit, 247.50 balance plus s 160.50 dump fee. Total of 708.00. May 1,2024 I went to inspect the property. The property clean up job had not been completed and nothing had been hauled away. I ve spoken with Johnathan several time by text and he promised to go back and complete the job but continues to make excuses why he can t. I ve asked for a refund and has only offered to go back to the property and finish the job. But has not. He has since stopped answering my text and phone messages.
