BCG did a phenomenal job clearing years of leaves and debris from our yard. The owner, Jeff, was onsite the entire time ensuring the whole project was well done. No detail was overlooked; they even trimmed and edged in addition to the agreed work so the yard would look complete. Highly recommend BGC for any landscaping needs.

I can't say enough good things about Jeff and his company. He raises customer service to a whole new level for me. The City is putting in new sidewalks around my house and their workers cut into my irrigation pipes. I needed help immediately. Jeff was the first person to call from the HomeAdvisor inquiry. He came over and helped me assess the situation right away. He isolated the irrigation zones affected by the City's digging and turned them off so they wouldn't recycle on again and waste water. He also repaired other minor issues with my irrigation system and we made a plan for restoration after the City's work is completed. While he was there, I also asked Jeff to help me set the timers for my outdoor lighting. They are very confusing to me, but Jeff was able to figure them out right away. Now they work perfectly. He is truly a "Jack of All Trades", and I look forward to working with him in the future. He will be my go-to person for any issue I have around the house. He is kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and professional. I highly recommend him!

We had a very disappointing experience with Grounds Guys. If you are looking for landscaping work keep looking as these folks are dishonest, unprofessional and do poor quality work. On one morning, a clearly intoxicated worker showed up in our backyard to work on the grass - he left after 15 minutes because he was unable to walk or function. We were charged several thousand dollars for sod replacement in the back yard. Within less than 3 weeks, the majority of the sod was showing signs of disease or was just plain brown. We watered regularly, promptly notified Grounds Guys of the issue, but to date - after 3+ months, all they have done is taken our $7K and moved on. Jeff and Tony made up some fabricated story of needing a "soil test" which apparently was never done. Does it really take 6 weeks to get soil test results? I checked and it does not. Now they refuse to respond to messages. So for $7K plus we have a poorly built stone bench and a lawn of dead grass. The stepping stones are nice - but $7K is a bit pricey for a few stepping stones placed in a bunch of brown sod. "Sod is not warrantied, and never has been. We attempted to assist you with your issue, but you would not give us the time to determine what caused the problem. The cost for the sod was just around $1500, not $7000. Sod is not warrantied due to too many factors affecting the sod. The sod that was installed was healthy for weeks after installation. There are many possible causes for the issues. Pool chemicals and any number of other actions or inactions on your part may result in the sod having problems. It was not in poor condition at the time of the installation and weeks after that. You asked for a stone seating wall that was rustic and not looking like a store bought wall. We constructed that with your approval and sign off. Now you complain. Your lack of concern for what caused the sod issue is troubling and your hurry to replace the sod without knowing the cause is alarming. Finally, some employees do have issues. There is no need to violate their rights under the ADA by publishing these issues in public venues. Very disappointed. They installed our sprinkler system and yard last July. They maintain our yard, but work is very inconsistent. We have had issues with the sprinkler system since they installed it. We have set up multiple appointments that they have not met. Nice guys, but I wouldn't recommend them.

They were able to repair my backflow for LESS than they quoted. They found some additional repairs after the backflow was repaired and are coming back to repair those. Respectful, friendly staff!

Completely Amazing!!! These guys truly did a Great job, they were very professional, courteous, and super clean, to the point of them cleaning any trace of mud or debris from the street. They went that extra mile that is so hard to find in businesses today. The sod they installed is top of the line, again going that extra mile on getting the best grass to install, without charging anything extra. Just Amazing!! They really do deserve a 10 star rather than a 5 star rating!! Anyone that chooses The Ground Guys will not be disappointed at all!!!

Jeff and his team did an awesome job! Our yard had gotten kinda scary and with all that got done it looked the best it's ever looked. Really really pleased with the work and result and have entered/will be entering into a regular contract with them. Would recommend to everyone looking for their yard work.
