Had a fance put in the backyard by SP; fence looks great; didnt want fence to cross back just sides up against house; told them to leave the old fence up; was told by SP he had extra boards to replace old fence and would be free; after SP left the gate wouldnt open; SP had a guy come out and cut bottom but it looked horrible; SP was willing to have it fix; then fence didnt have reinforcement to have gate not sag; complained to SP that she didnt like it; SP started getting snippy and told her shes threatening SP; asked SP to just add wheels to the bottom so it wouldnt sag; was told by the other worker who cut fence he would get the wheels to replace but she never heard back from SP; his ad says to customer satisfaction and she is not satisfied; SP has not responded to the Cons about the sag on the fence.

"We did respond several times. We tried to work with the customer . Could not please them, unfortunately. The gate did not sag. It was something to nag about. We did an extra $500 for free so why would not we fix gate."
