Shane was very professional and followed up appropriately. His crew members were also professional and they all worked diligently to complete the drainage project. Coincidentally my water heater burst that same day and Shane contacted a colleague for a replacement quote and advised me with cleanup ideas. The drainage has changed the outdoor life of both me and my dog. It is such a relief to have grassy lawn rather than swampy bayou in our "play area."

Bayou Services installed a subsurface drain for me. I bid the job out to 3 companies & Bayou was the lowest. The drain was installed promptly & efficiently. The owner really listened to the drainage problems I was experiencing & came up with an efficient plan. He returned my phones call promptly - a rarity in the construction business. Shane and his crew at Bayou Services, were prompt and professional. We got several quotes and Shane's quote, while not the lowest, included everything we wanted done. The work they did was an alley drainage system for the side our home. They dug a trench and installed pipes, attached 3 drain boxes and extended the system to the street. Shane chose rocks to compliment the color of our home to finish the job. Our property presented several challenges. Shane's crew had to chisel through two concrete slabs without damaging the fence supports. They accomplished this in short time. There was also a gas pipe that needed extra care. Prompt, professional, courteous. That's Shane and his crew. We haven't had a chance yet to see the new system work during a steady rain, but it has been effective during a light rain. We recommend Shane and his crew.
