After having a nightmare of an experience with a previous technician, I was so grateful to have found this company and the technician, Javier. Javier was not only prompt and reliable in communicating with me, but he was courteous and respectful while at my home performing the repair to my refrigerator. He made it such an easy and seamless experience for me in regards to the part being covered by the warranty and the cost was very reasonable compared to what other companies were quoting me. I will most assuredly be using this company again for any of my future appliance repair needs and I will also sing their praises to my family and friends for reccomendations. It's refreshing to work with such a professional and reliable company in these days. Thank you so much Javier!

Don't use this tech is not reliable, he doesn't seem to know what he is doing.

The last guy that did the same job in November charged me for two tech’s. This guy did a faster job with Just himself.

Charged me 1/2 of the home advisor lead fee (28.50) and charged additional 3% for credit card

Tech was great! On time, knew what to do and did it quickly.

We called really late 6pm. He came after business hour.We thought washing machine was leaking but wasn't. But he checked machine and he found water leaking from wall. Next time anything need repair of course I will call them. Thank you for your hard work

I went on Home Advisor website and Bayside was one out of three services that i was referred to. I requested a call from all three of them, but Javier from Bayside was prompt in calling & he follow-up with a text. I never did get a call from the other two services. When i talked to Javier he knew exactly what was wrong. I sent him my model & ser# within an hour he text me back and gave me the cost & he was able to get the part. The cost was very reasonable. He was prepared to fix it the same day, but when Ii told him to schedule for the next day he was was there. what I really liked was that he called to make sure nothing had changed and to let me know he was on the way. i got his card because I will surely be calling him for my other appliances if needed, My washer works great!
