Bayside Chimney Service is your one stop shop; they do a thorough inspection of your venting system and advise you based on facts what the best corrective action will be if repair is needed. Bayside Chimney Service was created based on the demand for the safety of properly operating and maintaining you home venting systems. This began with Duane Bibeau (owner) spending 6 months job shadowing with a Master Sweep from Vermont. It was then that Duane attended the CSIA (Chimney Safety Institute) in Indiana to become a Certified Chimney Sweep. With this Bayside Chimney is based on tradition and technology combing the principals and Quality used by his father and grandfather and the technology available today through education and experience. Bayside is truly your one stop shop, when it comes to your Chimney give us a call.

If you are interested, I have a long listing of the terrible communication problems I had!!! I was going to send it to you but decided that writing it down for myself relieved the angst!!! The work when finally done was good but the attitude was horrible!!!

Second-year in a row failed to turn up to sweep the chimney after confirming the date and time. The office does not answer the phone nor return calls. When they have been that are good but have now proved unreliable. The front office is a liability, costing him money and unswept chimneys may be a hazard firmly traced back to that company failing to turn up. Shame, they were so good. I have used them before but they do not respond now.

They did the work for my elderly Mom and she said the tech that came out was very knowledgeable and was very impressed. He told her what he found and cleaned the chimney out for her and gave her peace of mind by letting her know that her stove and chimney were both safe to use. Excellent Job. She intends to use them from now on.

My previous chimney repairman tried twice to fix a leak on the roof around my liner--both times failed. The guys from Bayside cleaned up the other guy's mess and fixed the leak property with a chimney boot. The Bayside guys were courteous and professional. I highly recommend Bayside.
