I hired Bayside for one job, and as it was completed satisfactorily I hired them for a second job. The first was to replace the ceiling in my garage after a section had collapsed. They provided a great quote and reasonable timeline, so I hired them. They did not provide a time of when they expected to start and showed up later in the than anticipated, which is fine if they were able to keep to the original timeline, unfortunately, they also had a habit of leaving early in the afternoon (roughly 11:00 to 3:00). They also neglected to notify me I would need to provide money for materials ahead of time. providing this would not be an issue, but I should have been notified so I could have had payment on hand. The job took longer than quoted, and they continued to arrive late morning and leave early to mid afternoon. After finishing the job I found they had not properly disconnected the garage door opener at the beginning of the job, so it would not stay wired properly after they left, I fixed this myself. Despite this, I found the work satisfactory and had them quote replacing the siding on the house. They also provided a good quote and timeline for this job, so I hired them. This time I asked them how much I needed ahead of time for materials costs, otherwise they would not have notified me until they showed up. Again they kept the short work schedule of showing up late in the morning and leaving early in the afternoon. This being Florida, I understand not working in the mid or late afternoon outside, because of heat or rain, but I did expect them to arrive earlier in the morning to compensate for not working that late in the day. Even after notifying them they could start at 7:00 A.M. they continued to start around 11:00, and never provided a start time when I would ask for one. I can only recall one day they started earlier, about 10:00, which is not that early when avoiding Florida afternoon heat or showers. They even had one day where they did not show up at all and did not notify me until the next day. While this was supposedly heat sickness related, I should have notified if they were not showing up on a day to recover from heat sickness. This job which they said should have taken less than a week took nearly three. This timeline is because they would not start earlier in the morning. Starting at 8:00 A.M. would have doubled the work time (based on leaving at 2:00 P.M. and provided a better work climate. They finished the job on the second of the month, rushing because they needed the money for rent. After a quick once over I agreed to pay them on the contingency they would come back the next day and pick up the remaining trash from the renovation. As could be predicted they have not, and have since stopped responding to my texts or phone calls asking them to complete the work they promised.

Linoleum was not laid straight.

I hired John to repair a rotted sub floor in my master bath that resulted from a leaky toilet. He was able to pull up my old linoleum, replace the rotted area, and install brand-new linoleum in less than a day. John does great work, and he was able to work with my limited budget.

We hired this company to install click together vinyl flooring in our Art Gallery. They seemed professional enough and worked very well with us at first. Originally they quoted us a finishing time of 2 weeks max. It has now been exactly one full month and this is the outcome... The main floor they installed actually looks great, we will give them that, however when it came to the ramp in our building, they recommended us to use carpet instead. We agreed to this change and gladly bought the carpet. They then proceeded to outsource the carpet job to someone (without our approval) and that person ran out of the carpet. This would not be a problem if they had just spoken to us and we bought some more carpet. However, without discussion, they all decided to go and find new carpet on their own. When they returned to space, they learned that the carpet did not match the original. Instead of returning the carpet or discussing with us what to do, they went ahead and installed the mismatched carpet anyway. After we saw it we asked them to rip it up and fix the problem. John (the contractor) was not happy about this and kept putting the blame on the person he chose to hire, even though all of this went down under his watch. Eventually, John came back and pieced together scraps to *finish the job* and left without saying anything to us. (Attached are photos of his *finished* job) Finally today we called and asked if they planned on finishing the carpet. After being ghosted for the majority of the day, they said if we bought more carpet they will come back and finish. What started out as a great experience quickly turned into a nightmare. On top of all of this, they did not listen to how we wanted the baseboards installed and decided it would be up to us to fix it, so today I had to go in and fix that part of the job as well even though it was part of the agreement in the beginning. I would highly NOT recommend for the following main reasons: 1. Job took twice as long as quoted 2. Job was not finished to completion 3. I was forced to go in and fix parts they claimed were complete 4. They put all of the blame on others including us for their mistakes.

Our project was rather large and the vinyl flooring R and R installed turned out great. However, the carpeted section ended up being less than stellar. After failing to contact myself or my business partner about not having enough of our desired carpet and using a different carpet without notifying us and then attempting to push their mistake onto me and my business partner, I unfortunately cannot recommend their work. Particularly when we had provided the majority of the materials. In addition to this, R and R does not exactly have a good sense of time - claiming the project would be completed in less than a week, then delaying it further and further until roughly 2 to 2 and a half weeks later and it still is not done. Shifting blame and some poor time management leave me less than impressed with R and R.

Work was well done and on time. Will hire them again when needed

Jessie and John are very friendly, work hard and are attentive to their customer's needs. I would recommend them one hundred percent; they do quality work at very reasonable prices, are hard working and get the job done in a timely manner.

I had several projects in my 80 year old home. John & Jessie were more than happy to do all of them. Very friendly, hard working, on time. Very reasonably priced. I plan to use them again for future projects.

Quick service at a good price.

On time as scheduled. We had an issue with the french doors to the sunroom. 23 year old house had custom made door and one ordered was 2 1/2 inches short from the top. He figured out what to do and our doors look great. Nice, polite and professional. Would recommend them to friends.

Very quick in responding to my request. But VERY Expensive specially when I provided all materials for the job. As for the tile work one was put on backwards. And there were quite a bit of gap between the tile. (We request the tile to be pushed close togther. My mother were able to push tiles together tightly before r and r arrived) The work to be completed was 1 hour or less job. Then I get a quote for an installation for a door $350. That what two very famous home appliance stores charge for installation.

We hired them to lay flooring in breakfast room and the master bedroom. We are very pleased with the floors. The floors look great and help to make our house more comfortable.

They were determined to give me an outstanding service. I requested them to install a light in the stairway to the basement but the house was obviously built very unusual matter. It took a while to get the lighting to work! I am very pleased with their work.

I highly recommend R and R Home Solutions. They did exactly what was expected and more. On top of light repair, siding repair (home repairs) they built me a cat house for my furries to enjoy the fresh air. Awesome! Thank you R and R Home Solutions ( John and Jessica).

John came out the same day and took care of my problem right away. He was pleasant and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely recommend R&R for your job too.

Very professonal in demeanor and top notch work performed. You never felt that you were being taken advantage of either. Fair prices with spot on bottom line as there were no surprises oin the cost.

I used R and R to replace my porch columns and rebuild my front porch. He quoted me a great price and I hired him to start the next day. He stated that he would be at my house the following morning at 6:30 am. He pulled in my driveway at 6:25 ready to work. It took him about three days to finish the job. I was impressed that he cleaned every day before he left. This was important to me because I have small dogs and a six year old niece that loves to play outside. His workmanship has lasted and I've been pleased with the porch and columns. I highly recommend R and R !!!

John has done several projects at my home like drywall, plastering, plumbing, fixing water leaks and refurbishing my deck. He has wealth of knowledge in most areas of general maintenance to include electrical, trim work, and painting.

John was professional, polite, and reasonably priced. He built me a beautiful porch that I can enjoy for years to come!
