Mike was great. We eventually went with another company but that was due in part to husband's decision. Mike couldn't have been helpful coming out after finishing work and explaining all the job involved. I hope to use Mike for another job in the future.

Mr Biven was courteous and professional and seemed knowledgable on home improvement but, could not pin point the cause of our washer's problem. We ended up spending $80.00 on a part that did not need to replaced and still had to contact a GE repairman anyway.
